Amp – Two channel stereo. Will accept 2 external speakers.
Batteries – 8 x AA (10.2V), internal or external charge contained in spring held battery pack in rear battery bay.
Remote or Console Operation - TX500 remote with LCD Scrolling or direct numeric sound selection entry. Volume scrolls up and down from 0-40. 10 preset sounds selectable by user requires a couple of button presses; presets #1 & #2 can also be reached by 1-button press on remote's left side. One button press to recall last sound. 3 x AA batteries to operate remote.
Sounds – Can hold up to 500 sounds; about 100 come with the caller. Plays Foxpro .FXP or .24P; MP3 or .Wav files
Memory – 4 GB internal memory on board
